Joint HSE DFI NAI Neuro-mapping project - Joint Service initiatives

The HSE DFI and NAI are currently carrying out a joint project to describe and map the existing community services provided by voluntary sector to people living with neurological conditions.  The first phase involved the design and rollout of a mapping survey for completion by voluntary organisations.

This phase of the project is to identify a number of joint service initiatives that demonstrate collaboration and partnership between voluntary service providers and HSE services as part of a pathway to respond to the needs of people living with neurological conditions in the community.
