The Recovery Needs Assessment will take information from the 21 county region of the Northern Michigan Regional Entity. This assessment is an approach to identify community needs and determine program capacity to the needs of the population being served. It will help identify current conditions and desired services or outcomes; as well as the strengths of a program/community and the challenges faced of meeting the services needed.
With your help we can gain individual perspective, as well as county wide needs for each area. This assessment should take you 5-10 minutes to complete. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to help us out with this imperative information.
