JSA Program Roster Counts Questionnaire
Now that summer junior sailing programs are coming to a close, please provide your actual program roster that will be used to update JSA’s mailing list and also calculate the amount of JSA dues in 2022 for families and instructors. That invoice will be based on the actual roster counts of your junior program during this summer, with credit for payments of prior invoices that were billed in March and May.
Please designate one person from your program to respond, to prevent duplicate reporting.
To start, please provide the Sailor and Family counts below, together with the Instructor counts. Also provide your program roster for updating the JSA mailing list in one of the format choices below.
JSA will then respond with an invoice based on the Sailor and Family counts, as follows:
- Count of Junior Sailors (club program dues are $300 for sailor count up to 60, or $400 for sailor count 61+)
- Count of Families (family with one sailor @ $75, two sailors @ $100, and three sailors or more @ $125)
- Count of Instructors (Instructor dues are $15 each)
