- Registration begins at 0815 with coffee/tea and bagels/pastries
- Morning sessions from 0845 to 1230
- Afternoon optional session, with lunch, from 1230 to 1330
The morning meeting program is free of charge if you register in advance. Please list all your program's representatives and guests so JSA has the correct list of names and counts for seating.

The cost for lunch midday is $30 for representatives of JSA member programs and $45 for non-JSA guests, when paid online.
In person registration may be done for a group of people, or only for yourself.
