Thank you for taking part in this stakeholder consultation.

The HomePlate Insights reports capture the experiences of older people and highlight key factors influencing food and eating well at home. We are now seeking feedback from stakeholders to understand how these findings resonate across sectors, identify initiatives that are making a difference, and inform priorities for future action.

The HomePlate Insights included a national survey of almost 2,500 older people, interviews and focus groups with 234 people, and a literature review conducted by the University of Sydney. Please review the infographic below before answering the questions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
