To be eligible to apply to participate in a forum, you must:

Be affiliated with Lloyds Bank Foundation for England & Wales

or

Local Motion with 70% of your provision being delivered in one of the following localities: Bolsover, Great Yarmouth, Halton, Merthyr Tydfil, Redcar, Telford & Wrekin, Carmarthen, Enfield, Lincoln, Middlesbrough, Oldham or Torbay, or be affiliated through the Local Collaborations Programme.

Your organisation must also:
- be constituted as registered charities, community interest companies, social enterprises, or community organisation.
- have a turnover of less than £1 million.

* 2. Data Privacy Notice

This information is being collected by Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales and will be shared with Lloyds Banking Group for purposes of:
  • Introducing you to volunteers from Lloyds Banking Group
  • Sharing programme communications, including surveys for monitoring and evaluation purposes
  • Internal reporting and auditing
Your data may be shared with Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands, Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland and LocalMotion where relevant. This would be applicable to charities based in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or affiliated with LocalMotion only.

We might also pass your data on to external partners for research into skills-based volunteering.

Your data will be used only for the purposes specified and will be kept on Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales’s database for a period of 7 years.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations, you have the right:
  • of access to your personal data - if anything is inaccurate or incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it (and request that Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales also corrects their record);
  • to have your data expunged from our database (and from Lloyds Banking Group’s database).
