Kelly Club Before and After School Care at Clevedon School

To Parents of Clevedon School,

Kelly Club are considering running a Before and After School care programme in partnership with Clevedon School. This partnership will be demonstrated by Kelly Club making a financially return to the school and will be held onsite in the hall. To ensure that the programme is viable we need to gauge parent interest to see how many families might be interested in using the service.

Kelly Club provides OSCAR before and after-school care programmes throughout New Zealand. Our aim is to provide not just ‘a childcare facility’, but to create a safe environment where children can have fun and benefit from in a number of ways.

Our OSCAR programmes are focused on sports, science and discovery, cooking, art and craft activities and homework support as well as structured ‘free-time’ around a busy day at school. These activities are incorporated into themed subjects each week that give children the opportunity to extend their learning outside of the school classroom.  We believe it is important that children get the opportunity to enjoy play and engage with friends, while being under the supervision of quality staff, during out of school care programmes.

Kelly Club has a flexible, state of the art online booking system that allows parents to easily manage their child/children’s bookings. Our system allows parents to book their children into a programme up to 6pm on the evening prior and allows for a cancellation up to 12pm of the proposed day which ensures that parents are not charged. Parents can also book their children into the programme via phone, email or in person during programme hours.
