Over the last week we have worked to answer the request made of us to raise a greater awareness of the needs of children, teenagers and young adults living with half a heart.

As a support focussed charity it has been a challenge to find the balance between creating the sort of comments that will make people listen and the usual striving, positively focussed posts that we usually produce.

We are able to collect lots of statistics that show how far the voice of the charity has reached, but we also want to collect the thoughts of our members, positive, honest and challenging so that we can create a true reflection of what the week has achieved and to help us with any future awareness week plans.

We would be grateful if you could complete the following short questionnaire to help us gain your thoughts.
