Thank you for your interest in the WiN Canada LEAP Program.
The LEAP Program is a 14-month leadership development experience designed to accelerate the advancement of high-potential women in the nuclear industry into senior and executive leadership roles. Through a combination of experiential learning, executive coaching, industry engagement, and peer networking, participants will strengthen their leadership capabilities, expand their industry knowledge, and build meaningful professional connections.
This nomination form should be completed by the participant's sponsoring organization. As part of the program, each participant must have the support of an organizational sponsor who is committed to their development and success throughout the program.
