Hey folks, wouldn't it be great to have a summer church camp this year?! The possibility of a summer church camp is being talked about and looked into. Of course, restrictions on gathering have to change before then and we expect they will.

A church camp would happen over a weekend, Friday to Sunday, and could happen in a provincial park group site, or other available facility. The basic plan is that couples/families/singles would have their own camping accommodation, equipment and food, but we would camp together at a site, with planned together activities including worship and Bible teaching, with children’s activities as applicable, but also have free time to relax, swim, do other activities alone or together. The cost depends on the type of camp or accommodation booked. For example, an estimated cost for the group site at Shuswap Provincial Park (Scotch Creek) for a couple (adults) would be $25 per night, and $42 for a family of four (school age children). This is a ball park figure and the church could work out a differential for those who need it. (Note: filling out this survey doesn’t imply any commitment to hold or go to camp.)

PS: The free version of this survey doesn't allow us to add a box for names, so please pop your name into one of the comment boxes, so we can know who's interested.
