Thank you for your interest in the NCJFCJ's Judge Richard J. FitzGerald Memorial Scholarship Program, established in 2018.
The Judge Richard J. FitzGerald Memorial Scholarship is available to ANY NCJFCJ member in good standing of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. Completion of a scholarship application form and registration for a tuition-based NCJFCJ program or conference is a requirement of the application process. Preference shall be given to members who have not previously attended an NCJFCJ sponsored program or received a Judge Richard J. FitzGerald Memorial Scholarship.

Applications are currently being accepted for tuition scholarships to attend the 2020 National Conference on Juvenile Justice and the 83rd Annual Conference.
The National Conference on Juvenile Justice is scheduled March 22 – 25, 2020 at the Wyndham Grand in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2020.
The 83rd Annual Conference is scheduled July 19 – 22, 2020 at the Nugget Casino Resort in Reno Nevada. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2020.
