Please join us for a one-day, in-person conference hosted by NJDEP and The Watershed Institute to showcase the vital role of community science in understanding and protecting New Jersey's waters. We invite monitoring program coordinators, academic researchers, agency professionals, and other stakeholders to submit an abstract that highlights the contributions of community water monitoring across the state by:
  • Presenting key results and findings from waterbodies in your region,
  • Sharing unique approaches to monitoring, volunteer training, data management, or community engagement, or
  • Demonstrating how community data has informed decision-makers or led to actions to protect and/or improve water quality
The deadline for presentation abstracts has passed, but we will continue to accept poster abstracts until November 7.

If you have questions, please contact Erin Stretz, NJ Watershed Watch Network Coordinator, at estretz@thewatershed.org. Thank you!
