September Bingo Bash & Craft Class In Person Survey

2.Let's Play Bingo! 7 PM Friday Sept. 5th IN PERSON at Southview Christian Church, 2040 S. 22nd St, Lincoln, NE. Registration is only $40. Your bingo pack will include the materials needed for our paper craft projects, a pillow gift, two Bingo playing Cards (additional cards available for purchase), & 5-6 games of Bingo (depending on number who sign up: the more who play, the more games we'll play and that means more winners!). Prizes include some wonderful & generous Stampin' Up! gift certificates, plus other Stampin' Up! Products. If there's enough interest in my adding a Zoom component to this, I can see about working that out--- let me know if this applies to you

We'll have Bingo Packets at the church so no pick-up ahead of time needed. (per Stampin' Up Policy, this is only available to those in the USA). You MUST be present for the live Bingo games in order to win.

Sign me up for the Sept. 5th Bingo and Craft Class at 7PM (central time) in Person in Lincoln. Cost is $40 I'll receive an inclusive supplies pack but will have my own adhesives that I will use for our projects.

I'd like extra Bingo Cards (please specify how many) for $5 extra for each card. I will automatically receive 2 cards as part of my registration fee (included).

Other (please specify) I would love to add some other things to my order at the same time, which will save on my shipping! (Penny will pay your 11% shipping costs! and will have it here for you at time of Bingo Packet pick up

4.Thank you for registering for the Sept. 5th at 7 PM (central time) In Person Bingo Event & Craft Class. Registration is not complete until payment is received and is required by Aug. 31st deadline in order to have items ordered & here in time! Due to products having to be ordered and paid for ahead of time, if you must cancel, I cannot refund your payment once items are ordered, but you will still receive all of your goodies and either you or I can arrange for another participant to play your Bingo Cards for you so that you can still win on the Bingo games.
