Chastain Horse Park

Each year the PATH Intl. Region 5 Conference offers valuable learning opportunities for everyone involved in equine-assisted activities and therapies, including instructors, program administrators, trainers, volunteers, board members, riders, drivers, therapists and other medical professionals. Not only is there a variety of information shared through courses, sessions and other conference events, but attendees also have the opportunity to network with colleagues throughout their region.
Presentations:
Presentations vary and may include, but are not limited to, riding instruction, hippotherapy, equine-facilitated mental health, driving, vaulting and administration. To assist instructors with their renewal we also suggest the addition of sessions focusing on disabilities. Conference abstracts can be of a practical nature and do not need to be based on research.
Presenters will be offered a 50% discount on registration. If the abstract/session is taught by multiple presenters, the discount remains 50% and may be used by one person or shared between presenters. If a presenter is teaching multiple sessions, only one discount will be permitted. Lodging, travel arrangements and expenses are the responsibility of the presenter.
Please note: All abstract submission content must comply with the current PATH Intl. standards.
Abstracts must be received by April 15 2017
