Thank you for participating.

Your responses will contribute to a comprehensive understanding of anger expression, emotional regulation, and resilience among Latine individuals. Please answer the following questions honestly and to the best of your ability.

You are invited to participate in a research study by a doctoral student at Antioch University. This study aims to explore anger expression, emotional regulation, and resilience among Latine individuals. Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw without penalty.

This study aims to identify cultural, gender, and traditional influences on how anger is perceived and managed within the Latine community.

If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete an online survey of approximately 20-30 minutes. The survey consists of three sections:

Demographics, Quantitative Questions (using a Likert scale), and Qualitative Questions

The study poses minimal risks. You may experience discomfort when reflecting on personal experiences with anger and childhood trauma. If you feel distressed, you may stop the survey at any time. You will also be provided with contact information for mental health support services.

There are no direct benefits to you for participating in this study. However, your participation will contribute to a better understanding of mental health and resilience within the Latine community, which may inform future interventions and support mechanisms.

Your responses will be anonymous. No identifying information will be collected. Data will be stored securely on a password-protected computer and only accessible to the research team. Results will be reported in aggregate form, ensuring that individual responses cannot be identified.

Participation in this study is voluntary. You may refuse to participate or withdraw at any time without penalty. Any data you have provided will be destroyed if you choose to cancel.

If you have any questions about the study, please contact Danny Garcia at dgarcia5@antioch.edu.
