Thank you for your interest in applying to be a Community Agency Partner (CAP) with the Greater Vancouver Food Bank (GVFB)! Our application process is simple and streamlined, to connect successful applicants with food support for your community programs efficiently. The following survey will require you to provide information on:

Before completing this application please read over our Agency Information Booklet, which contains important information about our programs, what to expect of Partnership, and helpful FAQs.

Once the survey is completed, the Community Agency Team will respond within 5-7 business days to confirm that we have received your completed application. Following that, you can expect to hear back for a more thorough call during our "Evaluation and Outreach" period, listed in the timeline below. If you have any questions throughout the process feel free to email the Agency Department at agencies@foodbank.bc.ca at any time with questions or updates. If you need more immediate food assistance, please fill out our Special Request Form, found on the GVFB website here.

Please note, we will not consider incomplete submissions as part of our Partnership Application Process. To avoid an incomplete submission, please ensure you click "done" at the end of your survey. This survey can be edited up to this point, so you can return to an incomplete application to finish it. That option will be available until the survey closes on September 30, 2022 at midnight. Please be mindful should you go back to the survey on a different browser, have recently cleared your history, etc. you may lose previous survey information.
