Electrify Queenstown 2026 - Exhibitor Application

Event Information:
  • Dates: 17-19 May (pack-in for exhibitors would be 11.00 - 12.30 on Sunday 17th)
  • Exhibition Timing:
    • Sunday 17th May: 1-3PM (Main Exhibitor Session: obligatory attendance for exhibitors)
    • Monday 18 May: Exhibition during extended breaks (business audience: preferred exhibitor attendance)
    • Tuesday 19 May: Exhibition during extended breaks (business audience: preferred exhibitor attendance]
  • Location: Queenstown Events Centre
  • Cost to Exhibit: Free
  • Waste-free Event:
    • Electrify Queenstown is a waste-free event. Exhibitors are encouraged to use reusable banners, signage, product samples, and display items. All promotional materials must be digital—printed leaflets or similar handouts are not permitted. Physical signage or banners should be reusable from previous events or designed for future use (QR codes are an excellent option).

Standard Inside Booth Set-Up:
We will provide a 2X2m (approximate) booth space, a table, Wi-Fi, and a limited power supply. Trade booths will be open (no walls), and nothing can be stuck or attached to venue surfaces.
8.All exhibitors are required to attend the main exhibition session on Sunday and it's preferred to exhibit during the extended break sessions on Monday and Tuesday when we will have an engaged business audience.

Exhibitors who can join for all three days will be prioritised for placement and promotion. Please confirm your availability below.

9.How many staff do you require for the setup and running of your booth (approximately)?

Please note: our production team are unable to support with your booth set-up and pack-down.

15.To help us plan attendee communications, please indicate whether you are likely to offer any exclusive Electrify Queenstown promotions or special offers on the day. These could include discounts, add-ons, free trials, or other incentives. If you plan to take payment on the day, please note you will need to bring your own payment solution.
