The North Coast Builders Exchange manages a workforce development program called the North Bay Construction Corps.  Taught by industry professionals, it is a construction career exploration and basic skills training program for seniors in high school.  Many of our program graduates have been hired locally over the past three years. 

There are many opportunities to be involved in the program, including presenting your trade in the classroom, advising the program, taking on a temporary hire for an on-the-job training experience, or helping to fund the program.
