TG GYN Survey

* 1. Thank you for your willingness to participate in this survey sponsored by the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. The goal of this study is to explore your experiences with gynecologists and reproductive health care. This study is a one-time only questionnaire that will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. No follow-up or additional work is required. Participation is voluntary, and you will not be paid. No direct benefits are expected for your participation. Some of the questions are deeply personal and may make you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. It is also recommended that you complete this survey in a private setting and close your browser at the end of the session.
