HarvardAE's EiR program connects experienced industry leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs with our global community of founders, providing the guidance and support they need to take their ventures to the next level.

We offer two key mentoring roles:

Lead Mentors – Serve as the primary mentors for one Accelerator company. Each startup is paired with two Lead Mentors who provide ongoing strategic support, advice, and guidance throughout the 10-week program. The anticipated time commitment is approximately 1-2 hours per week.


Subject Matter Experts – Share expertise in specific areas (e.g., pricing, product-market fit, fundraising, etc.) through our Office Hours program. These mentors serve on an on-call basis, offering guidance to both Accelerator companies and the broader HarvardAE member community. The anticipated time commitment is approximately 1-3 hours per month.
