Ulster Connect Community Survey

Ulster County is working with Sustainable Hudson Valley and Via to apply for the NYSERDA Clean Neighborhoods Challenge, a statewide competitive grant program that will award winners up to $10m to operate electric and innovative transportation services. If successful, UCAT will launch and operate Ulster Connect, a new service offering fast, frequent, reliable on-demand transportation in Kingston and Ellenville.
