Bring camp fun to your church and reach out to your community! Cross Trails Ministry will supply everything that you need for an amazing program!

All Cross Trails Ministry Day Camps will include:
-An on-site Day Camp Director to work with your congregation and oversee the program
-One specially-trained, energetic staff per every 12 youth to lead the day
-Excellent volunteer training conducted at your church the Sunday before your Day Camp
-Thematic and age appropriate Bible studies and worships
-Music, games, puppets, daily crafts, and all program materials needed
-Souvenir t-shirts and water bottles for all campers
-An optional end of camp celebration for the congregation, campers and their families

Day Camp is for campers who have completed grades K-5. Camper registration takes place through our online registration system.

Basic Congregational Responsibilities:
-Provide a local coordinator who will serve as the point of contact and overall Day Camp coordination, and be on-site each day.
-Provide staff housing and dinners.
-Provide one volunteer who has completed 8th grade or higher per camper group. Volunteers will receive training and help as needed.

Volunteers will also register on our online system. Local coordinators will be given access to registration information for campers and volunteers.

Summer 2026 Costs:
$2,160 for up to 24 campers
$3,240 for up to 36 campers
$4,320 for up to 48 campers
$5,400 for up to 60 campers

Summer 2026 Schedule*:
June 15-19: Two teams up to 24 campers each
June 22-26: Two teams up to 24 campers each
June 29-July 3: Two teams up to 24 or 36 campers each
July 6-10: Two teams up to 60 campers each
July 13-17: Two teams up to 24 campers each
July 20-24: Two teams up to 24 or 60 campers each
July 27-31: Two teams up to 48 campers each

Campers registered over and beyond your reserved number will be $180 each.
