In February of 2020, the City of Sarcoxie became aware of some inconsistencies within Chapter 76 of the Sarcoxie City Code in reference to its traffic laws. Those inconsistencies included how the speed limits were laid out in the City Code as to where they were physically posted and marked on the streets around and adjacent to the Stebbins Park and Sarcoxie High School area. With this, the City is inquiring the affected residents for their opinion regarding the speed limits in which the areas of inconsistency reside. Please take this time to complete this survey so the City can make the best decision possible to help resolve this issue.
