The Halton Housing Impact Award recognizes an individual, organization, partnership, coalition, grassroots group, or community initiative that exemplifies the spirit of collaboration in advancing housing solutions in Halton. Presented as part of National Housing Day in Halton, the award celebrates those who bring people together across sectors, systems, and communities to prevent homelessness, strengthen housing outcomes, and create lasting community impact.

Nominees must demonstrate meaningful collaboration in advancing housing solutions and address at least two (2) of the following impact areas.
