Thanks for your interest in joining or renewing your membership with Health Providers Against Poverty Ontario. The membership fee is $25, however if you are on a limited income, there is an option to pay-what-you-can!

*Please note that due to our small size and political advocacy, we are not a registered charity, and therefore cannot provide receipts for tax purposes. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We ask that all members endorse the HPAP mission statement.

Mission: Poverty represents a serious but reversible threat to health. As health providers we often enjoy privilege and access to power which many others do not. As a high-impact health intervention, we will work to eliminate poverty and reduce inequity.

Objectives:
- Contribute to the movement for income security and social security for all
- Raise awareness about the health impacts of poverty
- Engage health providers and people living in poverty in social and political change

MEMBER or SUPPORTER: I am a health provider or a general community member who endorses HPAP’s mission and values, and will pay an annual membership fee of $25 (or Pay what you can) to HPAP-Ontario.
