Contact Design (dba Survey Feeds) is a nationwide user research organization that connects qualified individuals with our clients to discuss medical treatments and experiences.
We are looking for people to participate in a research study involving a product evaluation of an investigational home hemodialysis system. If you were to participate, you and a care partner would attend five training sessions and one research study session. The training sessions and research study sessions are on opposite days of your hemodialysis treatments. This is a simulation only study. As part of your participation in this study you will not receive any hemodialysis or other medical treatment. Your participation would be completely voluntary, and it would not have any impact on your medical treatment. The study administrators will photograph and video the sessions to help with documenting research.
You and your care partner will be compensated up to $3,500 ($2,000 for patients and $1500 for care partners) for your participation in the five training sessions (approximately 6 hours each) and the research study (approximately 4 hours). A travel stipend may be available on a case-by-case basis (e.g., pay for mileage or car service).
