Thank you for taking the following brief survey. Your responses will assist the Cities of Lafayette, West Lafayette and Tippecanoe County develop policies and implement initiatives that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and protect equitable quality of life for current and future generations in Greater Lafayette.

The survey is anonymous, and this information will not be shared with anyone outside of the Greater Lafayette Climate Action Planning committee. However, question #13 does allow you to enter an email if you would like to become involved in the planning process. Providing an email address is completely optional.
