Thank you for your interest in taking part in a conversation with researchers from UniSA to influence the way financial institutions communicate with customers.

This short 1 minute survey will help to identify whether you meet UniSA's participant criteria. To participate you must be 65 years or over and retired and not have worked as a finance professional. Once completed you will receive an email to confirm your eligibility and available dates (16 to 19 July in Hobart) and times for the interview.
