2019 MANUFACTURER OF THE YEAR
NOMINATION FORM

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: FRI, AUG 2 2019

Award recipients will be honored in five categories on October 3, 2019 at the Arizona Manufacturing Summit and Awards Luncheon, attended by business and community leaders, elected officials, manufacturing experts, educators and more. The award announcement will be shared through the Arizona Manufacturers Council and Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry social and traditional media channels, and a short video will be produced for each honoree and featured at the event. 

The application/nomination form must be filled out entirely to be considered. Self nominations are permitted.
