Question Title

* 1. Insured Civil Rights promotes fair and equitable settlements from Auto Insurance Companies and Employers. Waiting up to 10 years is unacceptable for a fair and equitable settlement, only to be worse off by end of a court case. The only other options currently is to allow injured to be "low balled" and accept typically 10% of claim value. Congress could change this by dropping corporate loopholes and add penalties for "bad faith" practices by employers.
