Introduction to the Survey
The purpose of this survey is to create a baseline for the Call to Action for Health Equity in South Carolina. In the future, this survey will help to measure individual and collective progress in health equity and diversity.
In this survey we will have questions related to the four building blocks of the call to action: data, cultural competence, inclusive decision making, and community engagement.
