Gun Ownership, Mental Health & Prevention

Help Shape the Future of Voluntary Suicide Prevention

Walk the Talk America (WTTA) is conducting this anonymous survey to better understand how firearm owners think about mental health, help-seeking, and firearm storage during periods of increased stress.

Our goal is to learn directly from the firearm community. Not to judge, advocate for policy positions, or identify individual respondents, but to better inform educational resources, research, and voluntary suicide prevention efforts that respect both responsible firearm ownership and personal privacy.

This survey should take approximately 8–10 minutes to complete.

Your participation is completely voluntary. Responses are anonymous and will only be reported in aggregate.

Thank you for helping us better understand the needs and perspectives of the firearm-owning community.

This survey will be open to respondents from September 1st at 12:01 am until October 1st at 8 am Pacific.
1.Do you personally own a firearm?(Required.)
