The Sonoma County Area Agency on Aging (AAA) is gathering community input to better understand the needs of older adults (60 years of age and older), adults with disabilities (18 years of age and older), and their caregivers in Sonoma County.

You do not need to receive services to participate in this survey. We want to hear from people with a wide range of experience, including those with unmet needs. Your responses are anonymous and will be used for planning purposes only.
