I experienced the same challenges I had with regular garbage and blue box collection before the pilot. Materials froze to my cart. Not enough food scraps over the winter to use the Green Cart weekly. Difficult to maneuver or access carts in snow or on ice. Difficult to set carts out on flat ground. Difficult to set carts out with 1 meter clearance all around them.
