Move to Include is a multi-station initiative using the power of public media to inform our communities about inclusion.  It spotlights people of differing abilities and disability issues through television, radio, news, special events, and social media.  Each part of the Move to Include initiative will involve a survey like this one in an effort to track the project’s ongoing impact.

This anonymous survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete. You may edit your responses until you click "Done" at the end of the survey. Questions marked with asterisks indicate required responses. Thank you for sharing your opinions and insights with the Move to Include team.
