Successful completion of the webinar is defined as webinar attendance of 85% for each webinar, a passing score 80% on the post webinar knowledge survey (questions 2-11) and a completed course evaluation.

In order to receive your certificate, you MUST thoroughly complete this online evaluation by April 1, 2020 close of business.
