Interest and Availability Survey

Thank you for your interest in supporting the children and teachers of Hambright Elementary through the PTO. The activities we provide or support would not be possible without volunteers. Please fill out this survey to tell us how you might best help and be included this year. Completing this survey does NOT commit you to any specific volunteer opportunity; we will simply use your responses for further communication with you.

Note: Please fill out this survey even if you have filled out the survey in previous years AND even if you have already been actively involved in the PTO in ANY past role.
