Farmington Hills 2026-2030
Consolidated Plan Survey

The City of Farmington Hills receives federal funding through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. These funds support activities that provide decent housing, a suitable living environment and expanded economic opportunities primarily with the aim of improving the living conditions of low- and moderate-income residents. To prepare the 2026-2030 Five-Year Consolidated Plan, the City must assess community needs and set priorities. HUD requires the City to consult with residents, agencies, groups, organizations, income-eligible persons and other interested parties to determine the City's housing, non-housing and community develpment needs. The Consolidated Plan Survey is one of several resources the City uses to help determine community needs, strategies and priorities of how it will invest CDBG and other related funds. We need your input! The survey is anonymous and it will only take about 10 minutes to complete the questions. Thank you for your support!
