Join us on Saturday, August 15 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for a celebration featuring live African drumming, art, music, family-friendly activities, a vendor market, and more!
About the Festival & Vendor Opportunities
We are excited to host this festival at Bethel AME Church, 2720 Webster AVE, in the heart of the Hill District. This event is part of Holy Family Institute's Artful Spirits program which serves Black churches across Pittsburgh by engaging children ages 7-12 in arts-based worship practices.
We have very limited vendor spaces available. Because we receive more interest than we can accommodate, please know that submitting this form does not guarantee a spot. Our team will review all applications and select vendors who best align with the spirit of this event.
Who We Are Looking For
We prioritize vendors who are from the Hill District, currently based in the Hill District, or who actively offer services to the Hill District community. However, all vendors will be considered.
Vendor Expectations & Logistics (Please read carefully)
Due to our space constraints and limited resources, we ask that you understand the following before applying:
Tables & Chairs: We have a limited number of tables and chairs available. Not every vendor will be provided with a table or chair. You are strongly encouraged to bring your own if you have them.
Electricity: An electrical socket can be provided IF NEEDED. Please indicate on the form if your setup requires power. (If you do not check "yes," we will assume you do not need electricity.)
Shade/Tents: We do not have tents or canopies to provide. Please come prepared for sun or weather. You are welcome to bring your own pop-up tent or umbrella.
Vendor Fee: The fee to participate is $50. However, please do not let this be a barrier. Reach out to us if you need support with the vendor fee – we are committed to keeping this accessible for Hill District vendors and entrepreneurs.
If you are selected, we will reach out with setup times and final details. Thank you for your interest in being part of this celebration in the Hill District.
