This survey is for the use of determining the HELP grant funding direction for the City of Connersville. Your answers will help us navigate the most desirable areas to focus on for possible programs, activities and/or financial support that can best encourage our community to thrive. The specific grant guidelines allows FOUR categories of focus. 

Four Designated Areas of Funding Focus
 1) Enhancing Quality of Place (Ex: Community Facilities, Childcare Programs, Youth Center and Programs, etc. )

 2) Promoting Community Wellness (Ex: Indoor and/or Outdoor Rec., Playgrounds, Emergency Responders, Health & Fitness, etc.)

 3) Strengthening Local Economies (Ex: Small Businesses and Not-for-Profits, etc.)

 4) Advancing Connectivity (New Infrastructure for Water, Sewer and Broadband Internet, etc.)
