COVID-19 Vaccine Survey

Gallup McKinley County Schools is working with the NM DOH to determine the need for COVID-19 vaccinations within our communities. Please answer this short survey if you would like to have NM DOH provide a Vaccination event within your community. A minimum of 25 people is required to be considered for an event.  If you need additional information about COVID-19 in New Mexico please visit the NM DOH website https://cv.nmhealth.org/
