Thank you for your interest in joining us for our Employability Programme in partnership with NHS Universal Family Programme.
This is a FREE NHS funded Programme being offered to a select number of young people who are living in care or who have had a connection to care teams in South Tyneside.
Join us for a six week programme of workshops (2 hour workshop once a week) at The Customs House, South Shileds on the following dates:
Wednesday 7th May 2025 (6-8pm)
Wednesday 14th May 2025 (6-8pm)
Wednesday 21st May 2025 (6-8pm)
Wednesday 28th May 2025 (6-8pm)
Wednesday 4th June 2025 (6-8pm)
Wednesday 11th June 2025 (6-8pm)
There are 12 spaces available & places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

If you would prefer to answer the questions verbally you can record a short video of yourself answering the questions and email this to cypp@live.org.uk. Please keep your video to no more than 3 minutes if you can.
