Minnetonka Schools is proud to announce its 13th Annual Celebration of Excellence Recognition Program, honoring adults who positively impact our students and our educational community. All awards will be presented at a Gala Celebration of Excellence at the Arts Center on Thursday, May 10, 2018. NOTE: There are two pages to this nomination form.
