Building Surveying Salary Survey 2026

Following on from local government Salary Surveys, Planned Resources is working in conjunction with the Victorian Municipal Building Surveyors Group (VMBSG) again, with the addition of the Building Surveying Inspectors Group (BSIG) to understand how salaries are changing within the Building Surveying / Inspections sector, and how this is affecting vacancy rates.

"Total package" = salary, superannuation, vehicles allowance and any other benefits.
