GOTA Survey on Membership

This brief 10 minute (at most) survey is for both Members and Non Members so feel free to share this link with members and non-members!

As the primary professional organization in Georgia representing occupational therapy practitioners we would like your opinion about membership in the Georgia Occupational Therapy Association. We will not use this as a recruitment tool, however we hope that you consider the fact that we are seeking out your thoughts regarding membership as a sign that we care about the opinions of all OT practitioners in Georgia. 

GOTA is conducting this membership survey to collect feedback from current and past members to ensure that we are meeting your professional OT needs. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your individual responses will remain confidential. Please answer each question as honestly as possible.
