ICOMIA Gender Mapping Exercise

This survey is entirely anonymous and has been created to be able to gain a better understanding of the gender dynamics within boating sectors. By achieving a more informed overview of the situation, we can work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable industry.

Your assistance in both completing and sharing this document is greatly appreciated, as this survey needs to be as comprehensive as possible.

  • To assess gender representation in terms of decision-making capacity (equality beyond parity)
