Membership Survey 2018

It's been three years since our last JHJC Membership survey and a lot has changed since 2015. The JHJC has continued to grow, new families joined and existing families got bigger. In an attempt to gain some insight as to how the membership is feeling about the direction of the JHJC and for the Board to understand the needs and priorities of our JHJC family, we are asking you to take a few moments to fill out this survey.

PLEASE NOTE: there are TWO pages to this survey. Optional: Enter your email at the end to be entered to WIN SOME GREAT PRIZES like a cool chef's apron that says "Shalom Y'all," or a $75 gift card to Belle Cose or a $75 gift card to Whole Grocer (both courtesy Steve and Kelly Zelikovitz).

DEADLINE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN: September 25, 2018.  Winners will be contacted directly.
