The JHJC plans to publish another Member Directory in time for Rosh Hashanah 5780. If you choose to participate - and no one is required to - use this questionnaire to submit your information. You may add as little or as much information about you and/or your family as you like.
  • If you have NO changes to your listing currently published in the directory, then do not fill this out. We will automatically keep you listing the same, but update the ages of children.
  • If you have any changes or would like to update a photo, please fill this out.
