Thank you for your interest in the Trustee Leadership Council program. In order to conduct this program as successfully and effectively as possible it's important participants understand the level of commitment expected.

This course will be completed over three levels and participants are required to attend each level consecutively. Each participant must attend the upcoming 2024 Fall Trustee School, the 2025 Winter Trustee School, and a third three-day event in April of 2025. Please check with your board's travel policy to ensure your ability to attend all three events.

There will be homework! Participants are expected to complete select readings throughout the program. In addition, this program involves a team project that will require participants to meet via Zoom between in-person events.

There is a cap of 30 participants for this program. Participants that meet the participation requirements will be admitted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the program is full, participants who are not admitted to this year's program will be placed on a waiting list and will have the ability to participate next year.

This program will not be for everyone. Please thoughtfully consider if your schedule and desire will allow your effective participation.

I understand there will be additional costs associated with this program. Participants are expected to pay the normal registration fee for the Trustee Schools in September, 2024 and January, 2025; and a registration fee for the April, 2025 event (TBD: estimated $1,500-$2,000).
