The City of San Rafael is in the early stages of planning a new Library and Community Center at Albert Park. Approved by voters in November 2024, this new facility will serve as a welcoming space for learning, connection, and community activities. This project represents a significant investment in our cultural and civic institutions and will be a vibrant community resource for San Rafael, providing a hub for enrichment and connection.

The new facility will include spaces for:
• Library services for all ages (children, teens, adults)
• Community programs such as fitness, arts, and classes
• Flexible program rooms and event spaces
• Technology access and study areas

As an initial step in the planning process, we are seeking community input to help understand our community’s high-level priorities for the new facility.

Your feedback will help ensure the space reflects community needs now and in the future. For more information on the project, visit this website: cityofsanrafael.org/albertparklcc.

The survey includes 16 questions and should take approximately 5 -7 minutes.
